I gave it one star because I had to. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! We only moved there because we had NO other option. The park and the trailers are nasty. If the city came out and inspected the park would probably be condemned. The "property manager/maintenance is horrible! They will not perform any work no matter how minor, major, or life threatening. They steal from the residence. The actual only owners of the park don't care about anything that goes on in that park. They just want money. Everyone that lives there are drug addicts and convicts. I have near nor will I ever live in a place like this again. They do not perform background checks or etc. They will give you a paper application to fill out. That is your lease as well. They don't even ask to see your ID. Beware, especially if you have children.
