Hotel RV Beaver Introduce
Welcome to our in-depth look at Hotel RV Beaver, an RV park located in New Brighton, Pennsylvania. For those traveling through the Beaver County area or needing a convenient spot for a quick stop, understanding what an RV park offers is key to a smooth journey. This article aims to provide a clear, factual, and helpful overview for local Pennsylvanians considering this location for their RV needs.
Introduction / Overview
Hotel RV Beaver serves as an RV park that primarily caters to those seeking an overnight stay. Situated in New Brighton, PA, it offers a practical solution for travelers needing a place to park their RVs. While it may not boast a full suite of resort-style amenities, its core function is to provide essential services for RVs, making it a functional choice for a short stop. The facility is reportedly open all year, offering flexibility for various travel schedules.
Location and Accessibility
Hotel RV Beaver is conveniently located at 67 Shadyside Court, New Brighton, PA 15066, USA. This address places it within Beaver County, a region easily accessible to many parts of Western Pennsylvania. For those navigating by road, understanding the local approaches is important. Reviewers have noted that some local roads might be winding or have tight turns, which is something to consider, especially when driving a larger RV or with a towed vehicle. The park's proximity to major routes in the area makes it a straightforward destination for those traveling on Pennsylvania's highway network. However, local insight suggests that using specific navigation cues, like looking for a "little white sign saying RV resort," can be more effective than relying solely on the numerical address, as it might lead you slightly past the actual entrance. This tip highlights the importance of keeping an eye out for direct signage when arriving.
Services Offered
Hotel RV Beaver focuses on providing basic yet crucial services for RV owners. Based on public information and user experiences, here's what you can generally expect:
- Full Hookups: Many sites are equipped with full hookups, which typically include sewer, water, and electrical connections. It's important to note that while hookups are available, the specifics of their setup can vary by site.
- Electrical Hookups: The park offers sites with 30-amp and potentially 50-amp electrical service, allowing for the operation of your RV's appliances and systems.
- Water Connection: Potable water hookups are provided at the sites.
- Sewer Connection: Sewer connections are available for waste disposal. However, some past visitors have indicated that the sewer hookups might be positioned in a way that requires longer hoses (e.g., 20-30 feet minimum) and might be uphill, potentially making drainage challenging without manual assistance.
- Gravel Sites: The sites at Hotel RV Beaver are generally gravel.
Features / Highlights
When considering an RV park, specific features can make a difference. Hotel RV Beaver, while not a resort, offers certain characteristics that might appeal to some travelers:
- Overnight Stay Focus: The park is primarily suited for those seeking a practical, no-frills overnight stop rather than an extended vacation destination. This makes it ideal for travelers passing through the area.
- Essential Hookups: For RVs that require direct connections for water, electricity, and sewer, the availability of these hookups is a significant advantage, even if the setup requires some adaptation.
- Quiet Environment (Seasonally): Some previous visitors have noted that the park can be quiet, especially during off-peak seasons. This could be a benefit for those seeking a peaceful night's rest.
- Accessibility for Larger Rigs: While backing into some spots might present a challenge due to obstacles like meter boards, the sites generally aim to accommodate various RV sizes.
- Mobile Home Rentals: While the focus for RV users is the RV park, Hotel RV also offers mobile home rentals, indicating a broader scope of lodging options.
- Gas and Oil Industry Accommodations: The company explicitly states they cater to temporary workers in the gas and oil industry, understanding their specific lodging needs. This might mean the park is accustomed to longer-term stays for this demographic, even if the primary RV use is overnight.
Promotions or Special Offers
Based on publicly available information, specific, ongoing promotions or special offers directly for RV stays at Hotel RV Beaver are not widely advertised. RV park pricing can vary based on factors such as the season, length of stay, and specific site features (e.g., full hookups vs. partial). It's always recommended to contact the park directly to inquire about current rates, potential discounts, or any seasonal specials they might have. Since their website mentions catering to gas and oil workers, there might be specific arrangements or rates for extended stays for that clientele.

Hotel RV Beaver Reviews
This place is only good for an overnight stay with no hook ups. Communication is very difficult. The sites need maintenance. You will never meet anyone to help you resolve any issues that may arise. Markers for sites are on the backside of the hook ups so you cannot see them when you arrive. We stayed in site 3. There's a big meter board blocking that spot from the road so backing in was difficult. The extension cord outlet never worked and they refused to fix it. The sewer hook up requires 30 feet minimum (3 hoses) and it's up a hill, so draining is impossible without lifting the hose up. After leaving, they continued to bill us for weeks and tack on late fees, even though our account was current when we left.
Nov 24, 2024 · Kayla LuskIf you need to park overnight, this will work fine. If you want more than that, go elsewhere. Our email confirmation said a space would be assigned upon check-in. There is no office here, so we just found an open space and parked. Also the drain connection is at the far back end of the space, so bring 20 feet of hose with you. Absolutely no amenities to speak of other than hookups.
Sep 12, 2021 · John HildenbrandIt could be so much more. Does not look like ANY of the pics you see on line. Especially if those pics show a clean well groomed area. Its kind of an eye sore if ya want the truth. Was real muddy mess, and owners did have rock brought in and spread over some areas but really wasnt done correctly. Like I said, could be nice, but the whole place is in desperate need of TLC.Oh and people need to clean up after their pets. THATS JUST NASTY!
