Honey Hill Mobile Home Park Reviews
Where to start, we've lived here for 30 yrs, it used to be a quiet place but now it's a nightmare living in this community. All those new Cuban ppl recently moved don't know what respect means. They listen music so loud day and night knowing that the rules here prohibited it. If they buy a trailer in bad conditions which its understandable they need to repair it but not passing 10 pm these ppl making noise without caring that neighbors have to work next day. That happened to us, the neighbors next to my trailer recently moved and started making repair so I went to asked him to stop making noise because it was past 10pm and I still work eventhough I'm 72 yrs old, that man went off insulted me and threatening me to call the police. I told him to go ahead call the police and let's see who gets the prize here. Beside that there is a competition of who collect more pigeon, poor birds in tiny cages or living in dark sheds. That is so inhumane.
May 03, 2025 · Silvaev51Just had a very weird encounter with the security, all because she was parked on the road (it’s 10pm) and I tried to go around her, she got out of her car and screamed at me that ‘she was a security and I’m not allowed to go around her’… I’ve never experienced this before, i was polite and apologized, I wish her well but she followed me home and I felt really scared and uncomfortable. I’m a safe driver, I respect the limits and this was very out of pocket from her end!
Oct 31, 2024 · Mariana EscobarI have lived in this community for over 30 plus years. This is the best it has been. Owners and Management Team are doing a great job of upgrades to common areas and the security team is excellent. My neighbors are great. As a 70 plus year old they take really good care of me. If anyone is looking for a great and affordable community to live in start here.
