It is the cleanest and neatest park i have ever been to. It has great owners. They will try to fit your needs and are very kind. They have free restrooms and washers and dryers. The people here are kind and welcoming. The owner of the park is very kind and gives you a tour on a golf cart. She will give you pros and cons of where you should park your RV depending the size and look of the RV. She is very respectful and shes the nicest owner if a RV park i have ever met!

The showers, bathroom and laundry room is always clean. There is a big screen TV in the laundry room to keep you entertained while doing laundry. They have a lending library with books and movies. The pavilion is centrally located where we can use the smoker and or grill anytime. The Campfire ring is great for those nights when you want to make s’mores and just relax with your friends and family.The managers are fantastic, they are willing to help without even asking. Kathy and Patrick work hard to keep the park clean, safe and fun. Every month they sponsor a fun group activity. In the past we had an International food night, That was yummy. Then a movie night, a fun fair and this weekend we’re having our summer hot dog and brat’s fair with raffles to celebrate our One year anniversary.Sure hope you can join us. This park is truly a great place to live.If it was possible to give them a 10 star rating I definitely would.

Very clean park with laundry, wifi, covered concrete pads, and a bunch of amenities. They have a wonderful Papillion area to kick back with a fire pit or have BBQ and meet your neighbors. I would say this is a great park to set up camp, and I should know I have stayed at 6 park from Iowa,, Nebraska, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas in the last 3 years. Beautiful park and wonderful people! Come enjoy your stay!
