Nothing stands out in the park except for the new management who deservedly earns an extra star on my rating as well as a new owner.The manager is a super nice person who actually puts great effort into making sure her tenants and park are in order and often times, goes above and beyond normal management practices.Kudos to the new owner, many improvements to the park have been made.The lots are very moderately priced, fenced and many are shaded, City utilities, great proximity to all conveniences and pets allowed!

Poor workmanship, I would not recommend him at all. To many issues on these remodeled homes and are not being addressed by contractor.There is no place for children to play but in the streets since the so call park was removed to bring in more modular homes. Fences are all falling down, and are not being repaired, or replaced with new fencing.

May 11, 2023 · Kenneth ShieldsNice place it's quite large and clean, roads are paved, mobile homes appeared a bit worn from outside, but not too bad, all mobile homes were seperated by rockwall's and chain link fencing, tennant's seemed friendly. Roads in and out can be a little bit confusing for a first time visitor.
