He will gain many great friends along the way. Can't wait to jump into the pool!This was one of the best decisions we have made by choosing Holiday Woods to call home!Thank You Melissa you were very professional, knowledgeable and accomodating.

They send a text everyday about OUR responsibilities but have NO responsibilities themselves !!!!! The maintenance men drive around in circles all day with an EXPENSIVE V PLOW on the truck but can't clear out empty parking spots? We are expected to SHOVEL our walks and sidewalk up front but they can't PLOW our parking spots ????? They have a "5 DAY GRACE PERIOD" but on day 2 they are filing for eviction EVEN THOUGH you've NEVER paid past the 5th ...... I HIGHLY recommend finding somewhere else ...... THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE!!!!!!! Raise rent every year but NO UPGRADES!!!!! Barely just got a pool .... in the middle of no where but NO PARK for kids .... Allow pets but NO dog park or place for pets to use it or run out some energy ..... This place is ridiculous and I can't wait for my lease to be up!!!!!
