They are though splitting the utilities between everyone especially the water Bill. If you use 35 dollars worth, then why would you be paying 80 something for it. Not very good. April 17 · Trent BrownstoneTrust me, if I can give ZERO stars I would in a heart beat. Maintenance NEVER gets done in this place. It may be cheap, but the saying goes 'you get what you pay for'.. I have been to the hospital several times due to black mold that they refuse to solve. They think a fresh coat of paint will kill it, but it doesn't work like that because it is GROWN INTO THE WOOD! You have to gut out the infested wood and REPLACE it. Everything is rotted. The walls are falling apart, as well as the floors and the baseboards. They expect you to pay rent on time or get evicted, but they do NOTHING to make it worh living there. I suggest spending a little more money and find a place worth living in and your basic maintenance needs get met.
