They don’t keep pool clean they have over 10 homes that were turned over to them for non payment or hurricane damage and they are all rat infested and trying to sell them for $200 and refuse to get garbage out of trailers they own.the leasing agent leaves 10 to 15 minutes early everyday and does not actually refuses to have evacuations or non payment trailers cleaned. Yet they have new trailers hauled in and try to sell them they are depleting are value in our trailers by such reckless behavior
Jun 05, 2025 · Charlene RatliffGreat place to live and enjoy. The pool is clean, and so is the neighborhood.
Apr 30, 2025 · Douglas McArthurUpdated 2025. Still 1 star. Most the people are nice enough. The rent sky rockets every year. We are now paying over 850.00 a month, new buyers, 1000.00 a month, on the homes we own including a pass on payment that raises every year because the road leading into the park doesn't belong to the park. The maintenance is lacking. They have one guy who comes around occasionally from another park and the maintenance workers are replaced as often as the managers. If you plan on purchasing, the rent will not be what the sellers rent was prior, so beware. It will be much higher. They have a pool that anyone can enter including homeless, who I have chased out and a community room that you pay rent for but do not have access to unless it is open at their convenience. This is not how it is at any condo's. (The state condo association is also the timeshare and mobile home association.) We always had badge and or key access at my condos. The rent does not add up for the up keep they put into the park which is almost nothing. The roads are all cracking. The manager is prejudiced and not one person in the park has a nice thing to say about her. Even the one's she lets slide on the rules talk shit about her. She denies my Spanish neighbor permission to put pavers in his yard but allows white people down the road to put them in. She also has prevented him from selling his properties to people who pass background checks and qualifications so he has to sell it to the park for a cheap price just to unload it. He is a respected, retired government worker. If you buy a place here and decide to move, no one will qualify. You will lose your money to the scandalist park manager. There are broke down, falling apart trailers that are rat infested and owned by hoarders and people feeding stray cats that crap in all the yards, sleep and walk on all the cars, Scratch up convertible tops of cars here. The manager leaves them alone and targets people who take care of their homes. This is not a place you want to live. You will find that out.
May 13, 2025 · S. S.I love waking up in my quiet home to another beautiful day here. My neighbors made me feel welcome and I've met only good people here. Friends for sure. The roads are too narrow and the lot rent is high. However the good outweighs the bad and for me it's is a great place to live.
Feb 13, 2018 · Howard GUsed to be a nice place. Canadians are very polite but the Yankees from New England have big mouths and they are raising the rent $100 per month. Not worth the new price. The new Community President Bob Martin is a PITA - he needs to go.
