Well the Manager informed us of all the so called repairs that needed done with in 90 days. The owner aka who called his self Casper. Acted like a royal butt when trying to qualify to live in this park. The neighbors who had a wood burner and would clean it out an place their hot ashes at the rear of my trailer. Also noticed the rules are not the same for everyone. We could not put our dog out with out someone outside . Yet the neighbor could do it all the time. Dont buy here. Most of those trailers are so out dated. Not to mention they tried to tell us that we had to register the property an pay the taxes on it. Umm Nope.

Recently bought a used mobile home for my daughter from the owner, it was rotted from the inside. The park maintenance cool sealed the roof and caused some issues and claimes it's not the parks responsibility. Had to take it to the dump(they did pay for that). After spending over $15,000 on it and improvements we now have to move out after 8 months. Oh and still have to pay 3 months left on the lease. So I ask you? Would you want to live here? Does this sound like a good place to buy a moble home from? Please don't make the same mistake we did, move on go look some place else. BUYERS BE AWARE!!!
