Lived here over a year & have yet to receive my title after being told I’d receive it within 2 weeks of moving in. Rent is easy to pay but was disappointed that they added the taxes to this months rent then tried charging late fees because the tax portion wasn’t paid on the first (it was due to city the 10th) as long as you don’t need corporate for anything you should enjoy the place.

I have to purchase cases of water monthly my lines are so bad I hardly have water pressure and I've been here 22 years .when you are a widow living on social security it's hard .They keep going up on rent ever year but never do anything to improve this place .I feel like the elderly get ignored here in Holiday estates South.And now my water pressure to my hot water heater is so low I'm sure the lime is bad so now it looks like I'll have to replace it because of the lime.Well it doesn't surprise me that I can't reach corporate or owners of court management want me to fill out paper complaint again about my issues but it want do any good I'm sure of that
