★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This seems like a good place to live in. Not to loud of a neighborhood. Tenants seem to be respectful abt getting into other people's belongings and they try to drive slow so they don't hurt animals or children that is outside playing with others. I like to walk my dogs in the evenings and people riding by are very careful not to hurt the people that are walking their animals or children either and people always wave while they drive by to let a person see that they respect their space also while they are driving by people to go home. Our land manager is always very kind to people also and if he has any problems with the Tenants he takes them quietly to the side and explains what might need that Tenant to do like maybe mow the lawn or pick up some trash that a person might overlook around their property. And he doesn't get into anyones business unless it happens to harm the neighbors or such.I would give this place probably an 8 or 9 from 1-10 if I had to judge it for something or another reason. Thanks for letting me weigh my thoughts abt this place in Dayhoit Ky
