Holiday Acres Mobile Home Community Reviews
Rotting trees that cause GREEN & BLACK mold on home, porch, window frames, and cement pad at front stairs. Isn't that like a MAJOR health hazard? Double standards are ABUNDANT. Certain people are allowed to park where they please. While others get fined $50. Talk about a DOUBLE STANDARD. It absolutely infuriates me. I didn't grow up like that. In other words, I'm NOT from here. Thank you Jesus. 🗽
May 07, 2023 · Ellen JuckettWe regret choosing so quickly to place our home. Issues won't get fixed, but prices will go up. So sad that I could not put a better rating after years of being here.
May 27, 2025 · Reannon PCan not get anything resolved with management, 3 managers in the past year. overcharged my mother for water,(illegal) other unexplained charges, old school website messing up on payments, can not get ahold of the communities info management to get anything resolved. Absolutely the most disorganized community I have ever seen. Do not put your home here. this establishment is being ran by an old school website with absolutely no accountability.
Jan 31, 2022 · Sally HarryCan never get a hold of the front office. They like to make up reasons to fine you that are clearly not clearly stated in the community rules. And when they are corrected they still fine you. They constantly have other fee issues that take forever to fix. They dont care that dogs run around freely. Overall a nice community neighbor wise. But due to the constant mistakes made by the owners and management, its not worth renting from at all. Find another community, stay away from this one.
Mar 01, 2017 · Tabby NakPoor management, fining people $150 for porch lights that are "too bright" can't pay rent onsite office manager is rude and hangs up on you when she's done talking after the first question you ask her, if she even answers the phone. This park has gone downhill since it was sold, will be moving out DO NOT RENT HERE!!
