Hinden Homes Reviews
Very quiet, 55+ community with wonderful neighbors! The owner continues to update the older mobile homes with newer homes. Great access to many places. We have enjoyed our several years of living here.
Nov 23, 2024 · Joanne SouthernHinden Homes 55+ community is a hidden gem. Quiet. Neighbors are very nice. However, it does need some curb appeal. White building is scheduled for a long over due painting in the spring. Driveway entering park is very bumpy with too many patches also very hard to see entrance in the evening, lighting is needed. Water pressure is extremely low but at times its lower than usual. Lots are maintained. Just adding some curb appeal to the entrance could drastically change the appeal of this park because the owners are fantastic, neighbors are quiet and it's close to major highways but yet secluded. Alot of the owners here have downsized and find trailer park units are easier to maintain. Should have downsized years ago! Gives us the opportunity to travel more.
Jan 17, 2024 · JoanneNice and decent sized trailer park homes for people over 55.
Aug 02, 2023 · Stacey HartThe street in trailer park has a lot of potholes that they are fixing soon.
Jul 25, 2023 · Stacey HartNicest place in Denver! .. A close knit community ...
