Hillside Mobile Home Court Introduce
For many residents across Wisconsin, finding a housing solution that offers both affordability and a true sense of community is a significant goal. Manufactured home communities, commonly known as mobile home parks, have emerged as a viable and attractive option, providing a unique path to homeownership that differs from traditional real estate. Hillside Mobile Home Court, located in Milwaukee, WI, represents one such community. This article aims to provide local Wisconsin users with a clear, factual, and engaging overview of Hillside Mobile Home Court, shedding light on its characteristics, location, and why it might be a suitable choice for those seeking a more accessible and community-focused living environment.
At its core, a manufactured home park operates on a distinct residential model where individuals own their manufactured home but lease the land, or "lot," upon which their home is situated. This arrangement often results in a significantly lower initial investment compared to purchasing a traditional site-built home and the land it occupies. The recurring lot rent replaces the cost of land ownership, making homeownership more attainable for a broader spectrum of the population. These communities are specifically designed to foster a neighborhood atmosphere, frequently offering shared amenities and operating under a set of community guidelines that help maintain a consistent and pleasant living environment for all residents. The appeal lies in the ability to enjoy the benefits of owning your own home, including personal space and the freedom to personalize your living area, while being part of a managed community.

Feb 02, 2025 · Al DavisCalled the owner about properties available and he was extremely rude, told me to call back later, and hung up on me. We will never do business at this trailer park.
Apr 21, 2025 · Heidi HildemanBeautiful trailer park butted up to woods and plenty of nature! Compared to the neighboring trailer parks, Hillside is the cleanest, quietest and friendliest around!
May 18, 2025 · Brian Wilbur WilliamsI loved this mobile home community! It was so quiet and serene. Neighbors would come out and greet each other kindly..There were a few 'bad seeds' but the owner usually found reason to be rid of them. I would definitely come back and live here if I could sell my brick house, which I hope to do soon. I just hope Mike, the owner, can find a mobile home for me on his property when I am in the process of buying. This is far the BEST community in the county of Milwaukee.
Feb 15, 2015 · beau kirschBest Trailer Park in West Allis. People are friendly, the park is well taken care of, and the owner does a good job of making sure everyone abides by the rules. Lived there four years and I really liked it, may possibly go back again someday.
