Lot was filled with glass when I moved in, management did nothing to clean it up. They raised rent with no reason or renovation. They will ignore tenants when asked to come and trim Troublesome trees and do not take any responsibility for them falling on people's trailers. Management allows dogs to run around and cause harm to the community with absolutely no accountability. They put in the lease that you're not supposed to abandon your trailer without letting management know and yet a squatter has been on my street more than twice this year and caused a flood by not turning off the water. Management here is basically extremely lackadaisical and unprofessional, I definitely do not recommend moving in here unless you don't have any other options like I did.

Trimming and cutting several trees, Street lights with brighter bulbs, much nicer parking area after installing new gravel, speed bumps to slow down traffic & fixing potholes in roads. The Park now has a lot of families with children making it a much safer environment. The roads were recently Blacktopped. They allow you to have a garden and grow your own vegetables. You can install a fence around your lot. They even allow a Carport! They have plans for more improvements in the near future!
