This is a nice community. It's well maintained, and has new & used homes available for sale or rent. There is also a playground, swing set, & basketball court for the kids to enjoy. A lot of the homeowners have been living here for over 10 years.

We have now been informed that the work will no longer be happening and we were not provided a reason. The management company only cares about the lot fees and not bettering our community.

A couple days prior they had posted a sign in the entrance of the neighborhood saying that there was going to be some maintenance done in the pipes so we were going to be left without water for a couple hours, not only do they get the dates wrong, but they also are very rude on the phone and when I asked what can be done to get the water issue resolved they said they didn’t know of any maintenance.This shows that they are very unorganized and irresponsible when it comes to serious inquires.Also, they never open on time. They have the lights on and they can see us thru the camera but they refuse to open on time.
