I moved to this park in 2010, Silver and Silver owned it then. It wasn't fancy but the location was great and management did what needed to be done. About 3 years ago new people bought this friendly little park. It immediately went down hill. We lost garbage pick up which had been twice a week and they threatened large fines up to $500 if you didn't tow their line and the rent in the last 3 years increased $500 ,it went up so much that my husband and I at 71 and 70 years of age after being there for 14 plus years were forced to leave a mobile home that we had bought 14 years ago. I would not recommend this because it is a seedy little park and the mobiles are mostly old and the owners are so greedy,I am sure the rents will go up yearly. We started at 325 a month and when we left it was going up to 850, to rent an 80 by 30 foot piece of ground. There add says they have a pool, there has never been one. Please just pass this park on by management sucks. Do your self a favor. - marie maclean
