Hide-Away Lake Mobile Estates Reviews
My husband and I meet Ann. We were trying to buy a.place in their park. She gave my husband the creeps. She came off like she owned the park and she was very controlling. She was not friendly and talked to us like we were ignorant.im glad we didntmove there it didntseem like a friendly environment . it was like people were hiding in their house. The park was dead.
Dec 03, 2023 · Lisa MatteyDO NOT LOOK AT THIS COMMUNITY! Manager Ann is a horrible, rude and very unprofessional person. We went to look at a home for sale and instead of introducing herself, she decided it was best to just say “move your car now”. That’s all. No hi, welcome to the community. No can I help you guys. No Hi, my name is Ann and I’m the manager of the park. Unprofessional and rude. Residents of the park are great! But unfortunately with the manager being so rude and so horrible, they can not make a complaint due to fear of retaliation from management. Open your eyes Owners Ken and Sue. If you want a successful park, listen to your residents and treat them with respect and kindness. If not, your just as guilty as Ann in how she treats your residents.
Apr 21, 2022 · CynthiaI have lived at Hide-Away Lake for 10 years. I love this place. The owners take great pride in the grounds and up keep. They have worked with me on several occasions when concerns have come up. Everyone who lives here is more like a family. I plan on spending the rest of my life here. I wouldn't want to live any where else.
Jan 24, 2018 · MARIE DILISIOPark itself is not bad and there are many good and kind neighbors in the park but ownership and management are generally not very supportive of their tenants, would rather harass them than help them.. typical of rental-tenancy San Diego because civil tenancy codes are not enforced. Not recommended. Management at Hideaway be the devil.
