Quiet and nicely kept place. Makes you feel like you are not only a mile from city life. Nice concrete patio to relax outside with a grass area for your dog and enough room for your tow vehicle. Staff was friendly and nice as well as our neighbors. We had a solid 50a, sewer and water connection. Wifi was spotty, but AT&T worked decently, Verizon was ok. Stayed here for a week and would highly recommend!

This is a quiet little haven near everything you might need. The friendly hosts accommodated and adjusted my reservation when I arrived a WHOLE DAY early! The spaces are clean organized and adequate for your enjoyment. The concrete pads for your patio use are especially nice. You get guided in by a guy on a golf cart. It’s perfect!

BEWARE. we got scammed here. There's nothing good about this place at all....upon arrival there was no one to greet us and the makeshift office was locked at 4:30 despite being told minutes before that they would be there... There's a guy who makes you hold a walkie talkie to back your rig into your spot to his liking and he isn't presented as an employee... This park is extremely tiny and they put you in the old gravel parking lot with a cheap green carpet, while other sites are concrete slabs but occupied by rigs that clearly have never left in years. There's zero amendities. They refuse to give you access to bathrooms and showers... If there even is any. We seen people boondocking in the parking lot for days. There's zero room to park your vehicle and they threaten to tow you when you don't park infront of your neighbors. They charged us $900+ to stay here and we only made it 5 days and left because it's very shady feeling. they said we could park a vehicle in the visitor lot and then was told to cover it up with a cover because it was "junky" but there was a derelict van with flat tires that's parked there with expired plates.. They won't refund any of our money so we're currently working with the better business bureau and possibly small claims court. Do NOT go here with doing your due diligence....

We booked 4 nights here, it looked quaint with a decent open spot towards the back and the rules seemed to be enforced (they are not). When we arrived they had moved us, which they said they had the right to do (as most places) but most places have integrity and only move if there is an issue with the booked site. These people moved us to make an extra buck by putting a larger RV in our spot and giving us a very small spot next to a pile of trash (owned by the long term folks next door - see pic taken through my window) and behind a person running 10 very bright lights (yep 10) all night (we did ask if he would consider turning them off at bed time and received a rude reply (another long term person)). Bottom line is we left a day early (despite no refunds) because it really wasn’t camping it was more like temporarily living in a trailer park. We’ll look for somewhere else next time we are in town. Ps. You should also expect to see off leash animals. One loose dog and a bunch of cats… rules aren’t enforced.

Hi fellow RV-ers. GREAT NEWS! We are now under New management! Spread the word!!!! You can expect a lot of changes and upgrades in the coming months. Please be patient with remodeling efforts. I've been HERE at park since 2007. I've enjoyed the beautiful surroundings for decades. If you seek it you can find peace and tranquility here. We are close to all. We are 30min from the space coast attractions & deep sea fishing & more and 45 minutes from the major attractions of Disney & Universal Studios. There is so much to explore from here. Quiet and quaint with the touch of mother nature's hand. Come join us in a TRUELY MAGICAL PLACE.
