Was on the hunt for new housing until one day sweet Alyssa knocked on the door to let us know about the new ownership. The way she carried herself so professionally and was so understanding to what had been happening before, she made me much more confident with my living arrangements. I’m glad we decided to stick around because changes started happening quickly. All new plumbing, maintenance request being fulfilled, communication with management, and a sense of community. All things that were missing before. Nov 13, 2024 · Stepheny Palmer SneedManager is a very rude person. Blames residents for anything that breaks. Doesn't fix things in a timely manner. There's open sewage pipes all over the park with toilet paper coming out onto the ground. The houses are all fire hazards with faulty electricity. The manager won't respond to me when I question him about rent or late fees etc. I don't ever receive a receipt after I drop my rent in the box. The park is dirty and filled with trash but he is kicking me out for having a fire pit (approved by fire marshall) and for having what he calls trash in my yard... I have split wood piles, a greenhouse growing food, and a small chicken coop for food. My rent is always paid even if a little late. And all my dogs are service dogs except one who is in training so not certified yet. And manager says that's another reason I must leave. I would not recommend this park to anyone as long as Ron is running it. Three neighbors had bed bugs recently as well. Yuck.
