Hidden Hollow RV Park is a relatively new and impressively well-maintained facility designed with the modern RVer in mind. It boasts an array of top-notch amenities that exceed expectations, particularly noted for its cleanliness and spaciousness. The park offers 78 to 110 sites (reports vary, but all indicate a substantial number) that are all paved, level, and designed as pull-throughs, simplifying arrival and departure for even the largest rigs. Each site comes with full hookups, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
What truly sets Hidden Hollow RV Park apart, according to numerous glowing reviews, is its quiet, peaceful ambiance. Despite being just off US-231 outside of Dothan, the RV park is situated far enough back to eliminate road noise, creating a tranquil environment perfect for relaxation. Guests consistently praise the "super nice and quiet" atmosphere, often noting they were one of only a few motorhomes there, which adds to the feeling of spaciousness and seclusion. Beyond RV sites, the park also offers small, new, and modern cabins or lodges, providing excellent alternative accommodation for those without an RV or for accompanying guests.
The park's ownership is associated with The Crossing at Big Creek, which includes gaming facilities and a lodge, adding a unique dimension to the area's offerings. This connection suggests a commitment to high standards and well-maintained facilities, as evidenced by the RV park itself.
Hidden Hollow RV Park is conveniently located at 100 Magnolia Wy, Cottonwood, AL 36320, USA. This address places it just outside of Dothan, Alabama, a major hub in the Wiregrass region of Southeast Alabama. Its proximity to US-231 highway makes it incredibly easy to access for travelers, whether they are heading north, south, or exploring the local area. Despite being close to a major thoroughfare, the park's layout ensures that it remains a "hidden hollow," effectively shielding it from highway noise.
The park's location offers a fantastic balance of rural tranquility and urban convenience. While Cottonwood itself is a smaller town, the larger city of Dothan is less than 10 miles away. Dothan provides a wide array of dining options, shopping centers (including national chains), gas stations, and other essential services. This means guests can easily venture out for supplies or a meal without a lengthy drive. For those interested in local attractions, Dothan offers the National Peanut Festival (if visiting during November), the Dothan Botanical Gardens, the Wiregrass Museum of Art, and various parks and recreational facilities. The location is also advantageous for those traveling to or from Florida, making it a popular overnight stop for snowbirds and vacationers.

Hidden Hollow RV Park Reviews
We have stayed at this park 3 times for an easy overnight stay. All sites are paved, full hook up and drive-through. We enjoyed the large property with grass to walk our dogs and they even have two dog parks side-by-side for small and large dogs. Even though we didn’t use the restrooms or laundry, those facilities were new and very clean. They even have small new modern cabins/lodges for people who don’t have an RV. Highly recommend!
May 31, 2025 · Dorothy ViceSuper nice and quiet! We were only one of 3 motorhomes there! Bath house is lovely and big and clean! Highly recommend.
Jun 04, 2025 · Sarah JaneVery clean and well kept park. Be warned, the sites are sloped from side to side pretty drastically so it was a challenge to level our rig. It sloped about 6" from right to left so we had to drive our Class A up on blocks to get leveled
Jan 16, 2025 · Tom ScarpelloVery nice park. Yes the sites aren’t level but we camp in state parks and race tracks so this was most definitely not an issue for us. Stopped overnight on the way to Florida. Showers are large and clean.
Jan 02, 2025 · Patti HollingsworthOne of the BEST RV parks around. Easy access in & out. Huge beautiful site with concrete pad. Extremely clean restrooms/showers. Great rates! 10+
