Hidden Hills Mobile Home Community Reviews
WARNING!: Do NOT move into this trap. The Management is god awful. The fee's are endless and they continue to find new ways to increase said fee's. They change the lease to how they see fit. I've lived here almost four years and every year they have increased the lot rent.Edit: They're once again increasing the Lot Rent another 50 dollars as well as extra fee's. My Lot Rent used to be cheaper than my actual Rent. It's now almost 100$ more. They use excuses like "It's cheap for the area" but in reality, it's pure greed. If you have to sleep in your Car a few days longer to find somewhere better, I would suggest that.
Oct 29, 2024 · Mindless RhapsodyI just recently moved out. I owned my home there and was there for 17 years. My neighbors were awsome and have no complaints about them. Management on the other hand was and still is basically non existent. They only come around to inspect and hand out fees upon fees mainly to the non Hispanic residents. At the time of moving out my lot rent was about $460 now I believe is 500. They always promised road and septic repairs and also tree removal but nothing ever happened. Only rent increases, pot holes, and sewage smell with raw sewage water running in the ditches and on the roadsides days after rain. Such a shame. I'm surprised the city of Soddy-Daisy or the state has not beat them down with EPA and sanitary fines. I pray for the residents who can't move and are still there and wish them peace and good health. I also pray it gets better for yall.
Mar 06, 2024 · Adam YarbroughJust moved to Hidden Hills and the new management are very polite and helpful! Jennifer is always willing to help with a smile on her face. Very quiet community. And since the new management has taken over they are making a lot of great changes to make this place clean and friendly place to live! I would recommend other people to come and check it out! Thanks!
Nov 10, 2017 · Patricia LunaTerrible management by the Morning View Communities. Properties are poorly maintained and the charge for an old house is $1.450. In less than a year we had 4-5 property managers, no issues presented solved, increase of $250 rent during the struggles of COVID a lot of fees and extra charges. Plus just a lot of out of the way actions on our last months there just to make us leave because of personal reasons or maybe they want to sell. Who knows but I will not recommend it’s a constant headache.
Mar 10, 2021 · S HanscomLot rent is $350 bucks. Its has jumped 100 dollars since moving in and I own my home so that's just lot rent. my bill since march has been riddled with mailbox deposit fees and late payments and I've paid the balance off twice and still it's wrong with no help from management out of town owners
