Hidden Glen Mobile Estates Introduce
For many Utah residents, finding an affordable and convenient place to call home near the Wasatch Front's major employment centers can be a challenge. Hidden Glen Mobile Estates in Clearfield, Utah, offers a practical and community-focused solution. Situated in a prime location in Davis County, this community is structured as an all-age mobile home park, providing permanent lot spaces for residents who own their manufactured homes. It aims to be a close-knit neighborhood where families and individuals can enjoy the benefits of homeownership without the steep price tag associated with traditional stick-built housing in the Clearfield area.
The community environment at Hidden Glen has seen periods of challenge, primarily related to management consistency. Feedback from long-term residents has noted a high turnover, with one resident reporting passing through eight different property managers since 2019. This inconsistency created instability, with residents feeling undue pressure from frequent violations and seeing a high number of eviction notices. Such instability can naturally affect the resident experience, creating anxiety over minor maintenance issues, such as a lawn being "too long" right after it was mowed.
However, the community appears to be in a phase of positive transition. Recent resident feedback points to the arrival of a new manager who has garnered significant praise, with a family member noting they were going to move until the new management arrived. This individual is described as "great" and is reportedly the same effective manager overseeing another successful community in nearby Ogden. This suggests a renewed focus on resident well-being, stable management practices, and a commitment to making Hidden Glen a truly great place to live. The underlying foundation of a convenient location and essential community amenities remains a strong draw for local users.
Hidden Glen Mobile Estates is strategically located in Clearfield, Utah, a highly convenient area of Davis County known for its proximity to major infrastructure and employers.
The community's address is: 75 W 250 N, Clearfield, UT 84015, USA.

 - Local Amenities: The community is less than 10 minutes from local restaurants, extensive shopping options, and major community resources like the Clearfield Aquatic and Fitness Center.
 - Education: The area is served by the reputable Davis School District, with schools like Wasatch Elementary, North Davis Jr. High, and Clearfield High School within a short distance.

- Long-Term Lot Spaces: Provides lots for manufactured homes, offering a path to affordable homeownership in a great Davis County location.
 - Onsite Management/Onsite Services: The presence of onsite management ensures that day-to-day operations and immediate resident concerns can be addressed efficiently. This service is key, especially with the recent improvements in management noted by current residents.
 - Community Support for Home Improvement: The availability of support programs, whether through direct management efforts or church-organized initiatives (like the 'clean and paint' effort reported in a similar Medallion community), signals a willingness to invest in the appearance and well-being of the homes and residents.
 - Lot Maintenance Oversight: While a source of past contention, the existence of maintenance standards (e.g., for lawns) is a core service intended to preserve the community's overall appearance and property values, provided they are enforced fairly and consistently by the current management.

Hidden Glen Mobile Estates includes several key amenities designed to promote an active, social, and family-friendly lifestyle for its all-age residents.
- Community Clubhouse: A central amenity offering a dedicated space for residents to gather. It includes features like a kitchen, event space, TV lounge, meeting room, and potentially a game room, making it ideal for hosting events and fostering social connections.

 - All-Sports Court: Provides a valuable space for residents of all ages to engage in sports and physical activity, such as basketball, promoting a healthy, active lifestyle.
 - Fitness Center: The availability of an on-site fitness center is a significant highlight, offering residents a convenient way to exercise without leaving the community.
 - Close-Knit Community Vibe: The park is described as a "close-knit" neighborhood. This is a vital, non-tangible highlight that suggests a friendly, familiar, and supportive residential atmosphere.
 - Affordable Homeownership Opportunities: The community frequently advertises special incentives for home purchases, such as offers for free lot rent for a set period, making the path to homeownership more accessible to first-time buyers or those seeking better value in Utah.

new manager
★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1There is a continuous change in management I have been through eight pro managers since 2019. Every time we get a new manager, we get a violation on our door. The lawn is too long although it was mowed the day before you this Trailor community and you see eviction notices on so many trailers. People here are being evicted left and right
June 22 · Robyn RuchI live in Ogden and we have the same manager and she is great. I have family who live in Hidden Glen and they were going to move out until the new manager came. This is a great place to live!
October 07 · Carmen OrtegaDon't expect management to do anything in a timely manner, or at all for that matter.
February 12 · Xavier ReevesLove the people, but the management could use some organization
February 25 · Chaylee DeVoreNot bad if you like loud Mexican music
