I live here it's nice lots of places to explore there's kids here's if you have kids. Theres a basket ball Court it's fun to hangout at. There's ice cream trucks but they haven't been selling alot lately. Everyone here is nice some people don't talk at all to you. But it's a really good place to live. Hope this helps

The new office manager is our favorite and our little one loves her. The park has looked so much better since new management came in. So happy we moved here.
Mar 21, 2025 · Victoria WilmothThis place is so horrible, it caused me and my children anxiety and depression, we went times wo heat for days, my finger was broke due to dogs running around chasing trying to bite people, they would never fix anything, my porch was falling through I hurt my knee back and ankle when I feel through wholes on front porch, back steps was horrible dangerous, I fell hurt my knee again, I paid 950 a month and and couldn't even use one of the br, the pipes under trailer was not connected so all went under trailer, the whole park is infested w fire ants , so we would get bit and get sick for a few days, they wouldn't fix anything, then I move out couldn't take it anymore, then they kick out my mom who is in remission of stage 4 cancer, and many more health issues for no reason what so ever, theyll office lady is abusive w her words and very disrespectful, I'm getting on my feet from this horrible place , and going to see a lawyer soon, if anyone knows any good lawyers for this please lmk, I have proof of all this , photos, text n all
