- Flexible Rental Agreements: The "month-to-month agreement" for rentals offers considerable flexibility, which is ideal for individuals or families who may be in a transitional phase, need temporary housing, or prefer not to be tied down by long-term leases.
- Affordable Living Option: Manufactured home communities generally provide a more affordable housing solution compared to traditional homes or apartments in the Raleigh area, making homeownership or economical renting more accessible.
- Landlord Relationship: One review noted the "landlord is nice," which suggests a potentially positive interpersonal relationship with management, a crucial factor for many renters.
- RV Space Rental: The availability to "rented a space in my RV" indicates that the community also caters to RV dwellers looking for a long-term parking solution with utility access, expanding its appeal to a broader audience.

Hidden Cove Mobile Estates Reviews
It’s right next to the Neuse and situated right by some trees. It’s peaceful and the landlord is nice. I liked the location for that reason. I made a lot of good friends there. It’s a bit run down and not for everyone. I rented a space in my RV. The mobile homes are placed a bit catywompus and crammed in some spots. I’m pretty sure they have a contract with Lizzardick Towing (the TV show) because they troll the park, in a predatory way, towing poor folks cars for the tiniest of issues, like late registrations and hanging out into the street. It happened to some of my friends and they were often unable to pay the fines.
May 24, 2023 · JC-Multimedia (JC-Multimedia)Stayed here for quite some time to get my stuff in order and get out... neighbors weren't friendly and the landlord barely followed up with issues on the trailer I rented. It took forever to get a hole in my kitchen floor fixed which was eventually patched over with tile and not actually fixed along with getting a broken stove replaced that took over a week to get replaced. Renting is a month-to-month agreement and I'm sure has gone up significantly.
Jan 05, 2020 · Brent BrooksThis park is just that, it is a park. Quiet and wooded with nature around you. The trees give you some separation between trailers so you don't get that closed in feeling.
Apr 30, 2022 · Kevin JonesA good place to live if you own or want to rent a mobile home.
Dec 04, 2019 · Evangeline RitchKinda trashy but my sis lives there. I like the secluded area too.
