Hidden Acres Mobile Home Park Reviews
This Review is for Andrew, Bill, and the Maintenance Team at Hidden AcresAndrew is absolutely amazing! From the moment he stepped in, he has gone above and beyond to help our family feel welcome, safe, and supported. After we purchased, we were told by the previous manager that certain things had been fixed during escrow — but unfortunately, they weren’t. I was left feeling really uncomfortable and unsure of what to expect.Thankfully, Andrew took over and handled everything. He listened, followed through, and made sure things got done the right way. I can’t express how much of a difference he’s made — not just with the property, but in how comfortable and cared for I feel as a resident.Bill and the maintenance crew are incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking. The team Andrew brought in has done an amazing job cleaning this place up. It finally feels like people care. There are still a few things left to be done, but I truly can’t wait to see what’s ahead for Hidden Acres with this team in place.Thank you, Andrew, Bill, and everyone behind the scenes — you’re making this community better everyday!
June 29 · Karma MayI have lived in the park 5 months now. I purchased home site unseen from Phoenix Arizona. The management company in Modesto CA still has previous owners name and rental amount on invoices!!! I have written numerous times and called approx 6 or 7 times to Modesto. Nothing has gotten fixed. There are about 20 plus cats here just on my street and yards are not kept up, junk and weeds on some lots and inoperable cars with flat tires and expired tags in a few. No community polices being enforced either. No manager for 9 months I've been told. Randy is doing an excellant job but he's more a grounds/maintenance guy and has said he is not the manager. We need one desperately to begin the long process of cleaning up park again. Friends who know park over the years have told me it has gone way downhill in the past several months. I would not recommend it to anyone.
September 16 · Becky JenkinsInstalling a new gate that feels and looks like a prison. And cutting down people's trees without consent as well as trespassing in doing so.New management is destroying a once beautiful park.
October 24 · Vyper_54 EntertainmentNice little mobile home park
August 30 · Bradley WassenaarA nice mobile park. Usually clean and neat. Current managers working hard. A great place for families, single people and retirees.
