May 28, 2025 · Tina SmithAwesome community! Very family oriented. There’s so many family friendly activities and events…the Memorial Day kickball game was amazing! Kids of all ages came out and had so much fun! The new management has done nothing but good things, including much needed updates and renovations. In the nearly 30 yrs that my family has been a part of it, this community has never looked this good!
Jun 06, 2025 · Nicole KostenbaderZero stars, place is horrible. The new runners of the community are arrogant, and the park is not unkept at all. Pool is not heated as we have been waiting for that to come in since last year due to the old one not working. They discriminate against the elderly and disabled. Expect lot rent to go up numerous times. They do what they want, treat residents like they are trash, and corporate does not care. I will also add that the most recent reviews are all phony. Just watch your back in this so called lovely community select few are calling it 🤣
Jun 07, 2025 · SandraJune 2025 update: residents are still waiting for a call back from cooperate to address their concerns, still dealing with the unfairness, and rudeness, Certain rules only apply to some people. In addition they have Blocked residents from seeing the Official Community Facebook page where they post dates of events that are going on to stop certain residents from going to social events.May 2025: It’s a nice park physically but the office staff is Very rude , unprofessional and the cooperate office is not any better as they do not return phone calls. They have made the place a liability and unsafe by removing the fence around the pond but won’t let anyone have a fence around their yard to keep their children safe when their is children that live in the community that have disabilities and are elopement risk and have Doctors Notes to support these diagnosis
