Very clean and well kept. Beautiful community park, with deer grazing in a field of grass. It was like watching a living picture, through the kitchen door. Most homes are updated, or even manufactured homes. Very few old trailers, with the owner working on updating everywhere. The only negative was the lack of driveways. Most everyone parks in the lane in front of their homes, as driveways are not available on the lots. The owner/manager and his wife are very personable and upfront about all details. It's rare to run into someone with that kind of honesty, anymore. I think this little place is a private and welcoming community for like minded people, and I can really appreciate that.
