Haven Park West Mobile Home Park Reviews
We are witnesses to a lot of people on drugs here. When you have parents that buy the home and their adult kids are tenants that apparently are not criminal check because they didn't sign the lease that's the problem. This is a fact that can be proven. When you have management that is friends with everyone it's hard to tell your issue and the manager goes to the person who your complaining about and tells them who said something. Fact! Retaliation is not a good thing. I don't believe that the owners know everything that goes on and it makes a lot of people unhappy or uncomfortable. One of Our lovely neighbors had pot plants outside and the manager saw them shook her head and walked on. Nothing was done. We are fine at this time. 8 years we had to deal with this stuff. I can say so much more! Talk to your tenants. Find out how you can improve. This would be the perfect place to live. For those of you who have had great experience. Good for you. Not across the board. We have older adults who don't have resources to get thru the clean up. Can owners help out?? There are people here who need help.

May 17, 2019 · Patty SimonsonI grew up in this neighborhood and have seen the bad. This neighborhood has cleaned up tremendously and has amazing management! I would raise my children here and feel safe. This guy saying there is a drug dealing park... they have no tolerance for it! Believe that!

Jun 15, 2022 · Kristine EnnisMy family moved here in 1982. Once I was 18, I moved away for a few years. Came back because I believe it's a good place to raise my children. Sure we have a few bad apples, but what neighborhood doesn't? Before you believe some of these comments, ask around. Feel free to stop and ask the neighbors, or even management.
