Haven Cove Reviews
They took 4 years ro take pictures for me to buy. Started here 2021 and its 2025. Rent was 1200 not 1800. They don't answer emails and usually no one is available when you call. If you do speak to someone they say what you want to hear then nothing happens. I am buying a home. Not from them now.. they took too long and they are having a lawn crew come even though I opted out. They are all about making money not providing a peaceful community. Its been very stressful and even times depressing how they have a hold of you here. Happy to be making my exit. Don't live here even if it looks pretty or is your last resort. This was supposed to be our last stop and we wanted to plant roots here but they took that away by not acting in anything!

May 13, 2025 · MallareyUpdate 3/11/25 rent when up anther $45. They also sent out a email that there true green is comeing in for $25 per month to cut your grass and anther $15 per treatment with fertilizer. Also we have been asking for the street light to be fix as of July of 2024. Unfortunately we can't move out and we are having a hard time saving money cause of the rent is higher.1/14/2024. Don't move in if you have more then 2 people driving. 1 there is only room for 2 cars. 2 visitor parking is not available or you don't feel safe parking there cause your car may/will get vandalism and you have to walk a good distance from your house. 3 you can't park on the street cause you will get a ticket from the park. I have 3 drivers and only 2 parking spots and I can't park my 3rd car. I have gotten ticket 🎟 3 times now. This place is a joke. If I could I would give it NO STARSUpdate. Rent is now $800 to $900 if you own your place. If you don't it's $2,200 to $2,900. Your better off buying a house. They keep raising their rent this year it was almost 70$ more. Now my rent is over 760$, and I own my place. Some people pay well over 2,000 to live here. You're better off buying a house. I wish I could move, but I can't even save to buy a house cause of rent to high. FYI, when I moved in 10 years ago, it was 450$.

May 13, 2025 · katrina SabolStay far away! I don't understand how they can demand increasing amounts of money when they offer nothing in return. The last place I lived had generations of squirrels breeding in the walls and rain would come in to my kitchen, but even that was better than this place. I'm currently suing them over hot water because apparently they think that's a luxury I'm supposed to pay for

May 13, 2025 · mark bowlusJust a warning to all this place is dodging phone calls regarding my security deposit. Called numerous times left several messages at different times of the day. Have not received any call backs. Gave plenty of notice ( 30day ) gave a forwarding address got my final inspection and that was passed by management. Jumped through every hoop they wanted me to and now silence. As of right now this place is coming off as very shady with their conduct. I do not recommend moving here.
