Hardy's Landing RV Park - College Station Reviews
We stayed at Hardy's Landing for close to four months and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's in the country so we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and peace and quiet. The lots are not right on top of each other so we felt very comfortable with our space. There's even space in the lot for our vehicle. My experience with Hardy's Landing was wonderful from the beginning, when I spoke with the manager, Becky; through the good communication of details for our arrival; and when it was time for us to leave. I always felt safe at the park. The grounds were kept clean and tidy as were the bathrooms, showers and laundry room. My son enjoyed fishing in the pond. It was a much needed peaceful experience for my family.
Dec 17, 2024 · Leticia JamesWe really enjoyed our stay here... pretty close to both college station and bryan. Plenty of room for the dog and our 2 Littles... free laundry, kept clean. The only thing left to say, if you stay here during inclement weather they will turn off the water, which was a first for us ( we have a heated hose we use for those days) but no biggie just fill up your water tank!! They're great at communicating!! Still great stay and if we are back in the area, we definitely will be back!! Thanks!
Jan 17, 2025 · Brittany McCoolI travel for a living so I have stayed at a lot of rv parks from good to bad. I also brought 5 campers that do the same thing I do. This is by far one of the worse ones, when I called and booked a spot everything seem cool. Then things just went downhill. If you work everyday like a normal person does then good luck getting your packages cause the office is only open like 10am-2pm everyday. They let the grass grow like they’re gonna cut it for square bale hay. They have three washer and dryers.. only one washer has worked since we moved there. Can’t have anything parked at your camper like a trailer with a sxs even though YOU paid for that spot for the spot for the month.. if you don’t know when you’re leaving because of your work and you leave before the made up departure date you give BECKY then they’ll charge you another $100. The manager does not need to be in a manager position, maybe cooking fry’s at the local McDonalds.
May 16, 2025 · Brandon DorriesStayed there a few months. Probably one of the worst Rv parks I’ve ever stayed in.We will get to “Becky” in a minute. The park was always over grown. I’m talking 2’ high grass. They wouldn’t let me park my side by side trailer at my site. But they can have atv/work trailers parked in the GRASS whenever they want. Rules don’t apply to them. The office is hardly open. It’s always closed by 2/3 o’clock.Washer and dryers are free. A plus right? Well only one washer works. And small as a Rv washer and dryer. In my opinion both office people are junk. But by far becky. She can give me “Becky” if you know what I mean. She is by far the rudest individual, in a manger position. Horrible park and Becky I hope you lose your job bc you deserve it.
May 29, 2025 · Nick SingletonPark is horrible, they don’t mow, they don’t take trash, they lied about pro rating. Becky the “general manager” wouldn’t give us the name/number of the owner after she started cussing us out and she keeps parking by our camper yelling at us/hounding us. They tell us it’s $440 a month and we have now paid $540 for 3 weeks😳😳😳she refuses to fix it and pro rate us after the younger girl that works here told us they do prorate.i wouldn’t recommend this park to anyone after the experience we have had with the apparent “general manager”!!
