Harbourtown Mobile Home Community Reviews
This is my honest review after living here for a few months now. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I accidentally left my car hatch open all night exposing hundreds in tools, not a single tool taken. No one bothers me here or tries to enforce rules everyday like some mobile home parks I've been to. It's a very pet and kid friendly park. Overall it's been a great experience.
Jan 27, 2025 · C EHorrible place to live. Management has not fixed plumbing issues they are responsible for so we haven’t had any plumbing for months. Management also supposedly broke into our place and stole me and my pregnant fiancés belongings.
Oct 12, 2024 · Rayshiaun MannPLEASE SHARE. @highlightMy fiancé and were living in Harbourtown mobile home park. We put in a 30 day notice to sell our trailer. They have made it nearly impossible to get of the place EVEN FOR FREE. We have video proof. We then find out today that allegedly the park managers of Harbourtown broke into our place and stole are stuff. Washer, Xbox, two tvs. Neighbors claim they saw the park managers but will not come forward.
Oct 05, 2024 · Eden BargholtIt's pretty cool place for families that want to live close to the lake but can't afford one of those awesome houses on t. 6 Used to be allot of drugs and dumbasses, but most of them are gone now. The new management is great even though some of the residence aren't cool with the changes. It's all for the best and out of respect. Enjoy it!
Aug 12, 2017 · Scott StrumResidential Manager is aggressive, confrontational when enforcing policy. Even if you arent arguing, he still has (attempt) to intimidate residents. I need to state, I have no issue with policy enforcement. It only becomes an issue when the person doing it acts like a child looking for a fist fight. Most people live in mobile home parks because of the local prices of land/rent. Maybe he is a nice guy, beats me. They force residents to accept water through a subcontractor, (in the lease) forcing a monopoly on the residents. Pricing well above market rate.Selective enforcement of policy and it is well known by those that reside in the park. Either buy one of their horribly overpriced MH or get the short end of the stick. In the end, yes visually the park is nice, but that was done by the manager before him. I wouldn't go near this park until the park manager learns how to behave and enforce policy professionally. Most of all equally across the board. If you want example feel free to catch the policy violation yard sale that only ONE resident is allowed to have, all summer long.
