Halls-Powell Mobile Home Park Reviews
Lot rent DOUBLED, in three years with no notice on any of the increases. There are no included utilities and we pay our own taxes. They claim to be competitive and review yearly so I'm trying to figure out how it was raised 5 times in 3 years. They are forcing their tenants out. The roads are not maintained with gravel everywhere. Residential, not commercial play equipment. Appears to be the worst rated trailer park in the area.
