Place is an absolute joke started off as better when I moved in just over 5 years ago, the trailers are mostly old and in bad shape. The roads are horrible the back 3rd of the property is gravel roads with huge pot holes. Went back to see the new trailers Recommend off road vehicle. Spanish is the spoken language by most residents. If you like loud music , people drinking til 2am and leaving trash afterwards. Maintenance is done in a timely manner but you can't talk to them they only speak Spanish. Wouldn't call it quality but just good enough. Rent as high as 1350 yes ....1100 îsh for a 30 year old plus unit. Grass gets cut 4 to 6 times a summer. Grass over a foot before it gets done. Used to be every 2 weeks. Owner as of late has cut down on maintenance and care. Pulling more money out I am guessing . I am saving up to move.

I can't remember his last name and that sucks. I was there from 2007 to 2012. I wish someone could tell me his last name so I could try to find him again. He was married and had a daughter I'm pretty sure.

It's not going to be perfect. We was behind on rent and they gave us almost a month to get everything together. The office is very friendly DD and Erika they always took care of us. My family was almost homeless and we got into a trailer ASAP!!
