Nice park, some units are unoccupied or condemned/damaged. There is no driveway for back or middle residents, they have to drive all the way to the front to exit.On google maps the units aren't numbered correctly.The only one storm shelter in the way back.A lot of speed bumps.Otherwise, cool community.Ample parking for guests/storage.😊I hope to make friends and be here for a while.❤️

They are the best at taking care of each other and creating a great space for their kids to be safe. And don't even think about speeding or you won't be allowed in the park! There are kids everywhere, and you need to be careful.

It’s dog friendly and leases are month to month so if you want to move you’re welcome to do so without being stuck in a long lease. Management has always been quick to respond to any issues and more than willing to help. Only negatives are the massive speed bumps and unsupervised children in the area…which makes sense as to why the speed bumps are so high. We keep to ourselves and haven’t had any issues.
