- Complaints that the landlord "ignores certain tenants and doesn’t respond back to them when she is informed of something she needs to take care of. Like bees around the mailbox."
Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to conduct thorough due diligence, including a personal visit and direct communication with current residents if possible, to assess these points before considering residency.

For locals who are prepared to conduct thorough personal due diligence, including visiting the park and seeking direct engagement with management and, if possible, current residents, and for whom the fundamental availability of an affordable lot in Genoa outweighs these documented concerns, Greenwood Park could be a housing option. Greenwood Park Reviews
The potholes and flooding are great inconvenience.Trying to get in/out of our vehicle in ankle high muddy waters is very inconvenient. The potholes only get filled in not good enough, when we have a heavy rain, the filled in areas get washed away! Still leaving us with unbearable potholes. There are constant water leaks, leaving us with no for days. Also we get no notification of the water being turned off. We’re in the middle of doing something, and all of sudden, NO water! That is really an inconvenience! The lot lord is rude, a bully, manipulative, untrustworthy, unprofessional, inappropriate with her words n behavior towards us tenants and verbally abusive.Without any proof/evidence (first) she assumes/accuses tenants of doing something that they didn’t do. Or tries to put her responsibilities off us. Is quick to blame others and not take responsibility for her own responsibilities. She keeps stay cats in park, but doesn’t provide safe shelter for them in the winter. Doesn’t provide food for them either. She ignores certain tenants and doesn’t respond back to them when she is informed of something she needs to take care of. Like bees around the mailbox.
