If I could give this place no stars I would, it just does not qualify. Paul, the manager, does seem to be a nice enough guy but honestly he's not very transparent about the place. It is a run down trailer park that they are trying to fix up but that ship sailed 20 or so years ago. I actually feel bad that people have to live like that. The tenant/owners park in front of their places so trying to move around hauling a travel trailer is not an easy task. There is nothing for you to do there but sit in your trailer or out to a park, sitting outside is not an option as there is junk (renovation stuff) everywhere, old insulation and siding, its a junk yard. $40.00 a night is steep for this place. I will say it is quiet. When we went to leave a water pipe broke as we were unhooking and we got soaked trying to get out of our spot. This is just a money grab.
