You’ll be even more excited when you sell it or move it out of here.Constant rent raises, there isn’t a splash pad so don’t get your hopes up on that false advertisement. If you have a young child that enjoys a safe and secure place to play forget about that option.10/10 Maintenance crew, they're an awesome group and do the best they can with what they are given. Management is better than previous management but still lacks in areas.Overall wouldn’t recommend, there are far better and nicer options for less.On that note if anyone is looking for a 2022, 3 bedroom 2 bath home please let me know. There will be one available on the market soon.

The grass here grows unchecked, reaching knee-high levels before anyone bothers to mow it, and even then, it's a rare occurrence. Despite charging residents an exorbitant $40 a month for a "lawn mowing fee," the management seems to think it's optional to actually maintain the grounds. Veronica is NOT fit to be a manager!If you enjoy battling through overgrown grass just to walk your dog, or if you're a fan of mosquito-infested areas where you're at risk of being ambushed by a snake due to the grass, then this is the place for you. But for those of us who value basic upkeep and safety, it's a nightmare.Management refuses to reverse the fee, even though the service they claim to provide is practically non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a place to live. And if you're unfortunate enough to already be stuck here, do yourself and your neighbors a favor by reporting the neglect to Code Enforcement for Liberty Hill. Maybe if they start facing consequences, they'll finally take some responsibility and do something beneficial for the community.ALSO DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS!!! When my house was set up and ready for move in the old office staff knew my move in date and failed to have the finishing touches ready for me; mainly my water meter. The office staff had a ton of excuses that made zero sense and I was getting the run around. I was able to reach the regional manager and she was wonderful. She made sure the issue was resolved ASAP and made sure I received a discount on my first month's lot rent for any inconveniences. She was very professional.A few months ago a new office manager came in and she's been phenomenal. Alyssa has made sure to turn this into a wonderful community. She's conducted fun community events, monthly news letters, etc. She's super sweet and you can tell she really cares about the residents and community.Ryan is in charge of maintenance and a resident. You can tell he absolutely loves his job, the community and residents. He goes above and beyond to help everyone. I see him regularly mingling with residents, sharing ideas of improvements/additions to the neighborhood, jump starting people's vehicles, etc, being a wonderful staff and neighbor.If you ever have any concerns Alyssa and Ryan make sure you are heard and taken care of immediately. All of the staff have been fantastic and have really brought this community together. This neighborhood has made incredible changes since new management stepped in and it keeps getting better. The residents are all very friendly and respectful of others. There's no loud music blasting and no one speeds through the neighborhood. You will see children safely playing outside. You can drive through the community and see smiling residents everywhere. It's a great place to live!

We love the front office team, and all their hardwork in keeping the residents "in the know" of upcoming community opportunities and changes. We couldn't be happier living here.
