Golden Creek Subdivision Reviews
Given the crime that's been happening in the area they should invest in having a security company come out there and do Patrol this would increase the safety and show how much they care for one another in the subdivision as well as improving more people moving in because they offer this service.
Feb 26, 2025 · James BrewingtonI just moved out here and my trailer is ass literally. Paint was everywhere on the tub and toilets. They ghetto rigged everything in this trailer. The door was kicked in before you can tell the whole front door isn't intact at the bottom and you can literally moved the front wall.... Instead of fixing things the right way they just threw a piece of wood. On it and threw paint over it.... Both the doors have wedges in them they don't fit right you can feel the wind coming through also light it's easy for bugs to come in like that. The kitchen the cabinets are easy to fall out they are not supported in any way....had to get a new fridge because they one that they gave didn't work then told me it was brand new mind you this fridge was sooo nasty it made no sense so he lied about that came back with one that was to big then said they would come back and give me a new one but never came back. I can literally go on and on about what's wrong with this place. Very disappointed in what they gave me !!!! Could have saved me a couple more checks and got something way nicer than this shit whole I'm really upset with my purchase... Thought it would be better since its a family owned company. When I first moved in they told me they were going on a lunch break then to smoke a blunt like not professional at all ...
Jan 11, 2025 · Nadia NephewIt's a place of transition. Grow until you can afford your own. If you choose to stay, it's also grown better as a neighborhood.

May 07, 2024 · Esco GThe lady that runs this place is one of the rudest women i know. But she is sweet as cake when when my husband calls or goes in there. She threatens me all the time because i can't pay lot rent on the 1st if it don't fall on a Friday but when asked why by my husband she has no clue what he is talking about. This place is a joke! And they tell your financial business to everybody.
