Glenwood Village Introduce
For those seeking an affordable, independent, and vibrant retirement lifestyle on the beautiful northern Oregon Coast, **Glenwood Village** in Warrenton offers a compelling solution. This well-established manufactured home community is specifically designated as a **senior adult park (55+)**, providing a quiet, age-restricted environment tailored to the needs and preferences of active adults and retirees. Located right on the historic US-101 corridor, residents gain immediate access to the stunning natural environment of the Oregon Coast, including nearby beaches, state parks, and the charming, historic city of Astoria.
Glenwood Village provides a desirable alternative to traditional homeownership in the often-costly coastal real estate market. Residents own their manufactured home and lease the land, which often translates to a significantly more affordable entry point and a lower overall cost of living. This allows Oregon seniors to enjoy their golden years in a coastal environment without the heavy financial burden typically associated with the area. Homes in the community are varied, often featuring practical amenities such as carports, private yards, and modern appliances, and are subject to park approval to ensure community standards are maintained.
A crucial element of the community's appeal is its commitment to accessibility. Glenwood Village offers both a **wheelchair accessible entrance** and **wheelchair accessible parking**, ensuring that the community is practical and welcoming for residents with varying mobility requirements. This attention to detail reflects the park's focus on comfortable, secure, and independent senior living.
It is important for prospective residents to note that this community is a dedicated mobile home park and should not be confused with nearby tourist locations. As confirmed by current residents, there is **no public playground, no direct beach access from the park itself, no communal bathrooms, and no on-site store** within the Village. It is a quiet, residential setting for seniors, distinct from the amenities of public recreational areas like Sunset Beach, which is located less than a mile south on the highway. This clarity ensures that residents choose Glenwood Village for the right reasons: affordable coastal proximity, an age-restricted environment, and a focus on independent living.
Glenwood Village is strategically located at **90971 US-101 UNIT 45, Warrenton, OR 97146, USA**. Its position directly on US-101 (Oregon Coast Highway) is a major advantage for residents, offering exceptional accessibility to the surrounding coastal region.

August 03 · Teri Oney-ZuritaFYI This is a senior adult park. There is no playground. No beach access No bathrooms and no store. Some people have been confusing this place with Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is less then a mile south on the highway from here.
April 03 · Teresa ZuritaI have lived in Glenwood Village for many years now and I love it. The people are friendly and the park is beautiful and clean. Living near land where there are cows and elk is fantastic. Considering how many areas have gone down hill in Clatsop County, Glenwood Village is an oasis.
September 24 · Patrick MartinI've lived in, and around this wonderful place, and since the remodels, it a nice peaceful place to live! And to the other one who commented about tenants trying to jump into a 55 mph traffic! Yes, they need to either change the speed limit to 35 MPhil, or put a light in! It would be nice if drivers were more caring, and would slow down a bit...I used to live next door in the big white house as a kid, and my mother was rear-ended while turning in to our driveway! I got my knee hurt, but it could have been worse! I wish he would have been more careful! Or at least considered that a child may be in the car. I was 9 years old!
July 24 · Cheryl PalmroseClean and quiet 55+ mobile home park. Quant park with multiple ponds and wildlife, current trailers are older and out dated but the park as a whole has an old school vintage style and feel.
