Glen Ivy RV Park Reviews
I'm so frustrated. I have wanted to check this place out for a while. I don't live far and camp regularly. I can't tell you how many times they told me they would call me back, but never did. I would call back, and they said call back Monday. I called back Monday, because I'm trying to get a reservation for Tues to Thurs. That's it. She said she would call be back AGAIN this was around noon. I called back at 4:30, and the guy just put me on hold and left me there for ten minutes. I called back and it went straight to hold. I have never experienced this in my life and I've been camping since 2016 all over the place. If they don't want me to stay there for whatever reason, all they have to say is no, I could have set up a reservation somewhere else. I have a very well set up trailer and I go by myself. I don't have a ton of kids or what not. I just don't get it. I'm very very disappointed.
Jun 03, 2025 · Danielle LindgrenThis place is like my home away from home. I go stay with my best friend at his travel trailer on the weekends there. I am always learning new stuff about the area around the park. It has restrooms with showers and stalls as well as urinals and 2 sinks. The restrooms are always clean. I love the neighbors. They are all very nice and happy which makes me enjoy going there to visit. The space rent is very reasonable as well. The rent includes the space with power and sewage hookups. There are dumpsters near the restrooms and they even have mail boxes that residents can get for recieving mail. I think that it is the best option in Southern California for RV, travel trailer, 5th wheels, campers, and even airstream trailer owners to live at even if it is only for a short time. The people that live there are wonderful and everyone seems to get along. There is not a lot of riff raff there and it is generally very peaceful and quiet at night. Definitely a good place to unwind from the city life. They sell propane and ice too there. I have heard that there is a pool there but I haven't used it yet. There are coin operated laundry machines in the side of the restroom area and I have heard that there is a storage facility there too but I have yet to see it for my self. There is a gas station just down the road and a grocery store nearby about a mile or so down the road. It is off the freeway but it is far enough away so you can't hear the freeway noise. There are woodpeckers, ravens, hawks, and squirrels that live in the brush nearby. There are also humming birds that fly around. I really like the atmosphere and the neighbors are all very nice and happy. Great place to camp on a road trip even if it's just for a short while. Has a playground and picnic tables. Gated entry with a guard shack. Wonderful RV and trailer site with reasonable rent.
Apr 24, 2025 · Paul-Zachariah Lammers (Zach)This is an older RV park with extremely nice people running it. It's got an old country Vibe with every kind of store known to man within 10 MI
Mar 08, 2025 · Mike MooreWe camped here, stored our trailer for a few months and then camped again. Every time I had to talk with the staff, they were pleasant and easy to work with. Three months we had our trailer here, it wasn't messed with and there were no rodents when we got back, so that's good. Sites can be a little tight, but campers are friendly and it is quiet at night. Laundry was a good price and conveniently located at many of the rest rooms. It's a great city camp that isn't right in the city.
