You are not allowed to have any type of fencing so having a dog is very inconvenient!They have a children's play place but nothing for dogs!They constantly hound residents to mow, pick up and remove leaves, weed between cement cracks and power wash the outside or be changed a crazy fee!The mailbox locks and keys are rusted and super stiff making it damn near impossible to get packages left in parcels out.The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet for the most part. The is no pool but you can jump through a lot of hoops to get a day pass at a sister park not to terribly far away.I wouldn't say the Storm Shelter has enough capacity to hold every resident so have a backup plan because I can just see you getting turned away, especially if you want to save your animals by bringing them into the Storm Shelter - which is full of the maintenance mans projects...

They showed us the home several times as we went through the purchase. In the end it was done and the kids are super happy, as are we. They moved from California about a year ago, and are closer and happy.

Katherine and Kayla have been very friendly always and more than willing to either help me out with issues or point me in the right direction. Every month they have social activities or contests or give always for the residents. I saw where some reviews complained the rules were too restrictive but I am happy to adhere to them because it makes for a clean and safe environment in which to live. I also have to give a shout out to the park’s maintenance crew especially Issac. He has helped me out so many times and is always so kind about it. I strongly recommend living at Glen Acres!
