Friendly Village of the Rockies Reviews
Not to bad to live, but the office/ management sucks. They never answer the phones or call back. Lot rent goes up every year but there’s nothing to show for it, no updates or anything.
Jun 10, 2025 · Jaycee KeckIt's an okay neighborhood but they jack the rent up like crazy and get no new upgrades to the neighborhood. Like 100 dollars more a year....per lot, that's A LOT of money and it's not showing.
May 28, 2025 · Ariel WeisThis is not a good place to live because there’s not peace anymore with the manager he’s so racist and he always give the reason to his people he hate Hispanic people the rent increase every year and there’s not even safety and cameras on the entrance the kids can’t even play or stand on the grass of racist people THIS IS CRAZY WE NEED THE MANAGER OUT
Jun 20, 2025 · Eddie MorenoHad a friend that lived there. We were required to park in visitor parking and walk down to her trailer. That rule just changed. No parking space for visitors at the trailers except along the sidewalk. People do maintain the area very nicely. Rent just went up to $1,000 a space. Way expensive.
Jul 23, 2023 · Geneva ZeiglerI didn't know that I still knew people that lived there. I used to deliver used Appliances to this place back in 2000. I used to also, live right down the street. So it is a nice place.
