Fred is very knowledgeable & friendly! I had a great time looking at homes with him.... many laughs! We decided to purchase a new home, because of the special Fred told us about. Free lot rent for 2 years, 5.99% APR, & $1000 towards a new washer & dryer! We couldn't resist! Now we're just hoping we're approved by the park & financing goes through.

Dee was patient and so very helpful letting us know what she needed to get our park application approved. We flew to sign the papers and fell instantly in love with the park. We moved here just over a year ago permanently. I cannot say there has been one day that I wished I didn't move here. Even with Milton and the other hurricanes. We love it here. It's always clean and I feel safe here. The office staff Orlando, Jennifer, and Dee have always been respectful to me when voicing a concern. The community has been under changed management in the last couple of years from a conglomerate out of CA. This CA-based management company wants to force the residents out of their trailers who are at the end of their lives. The residents signed a contract entering into what they thought would be protecting and a guarantee of a nonstressful ending as they aged. Well, it is not how things worked out as they got the land sold from beneath their very feet they found their new future in the hands of a company that doesn't have to see the effects of the damage caused by the thousands of miles away. This is what I see from my perspective and what I hear the week when I'm someone who gives a little company to some very extraordinary women who have reached 80 with a fire I shall only hope I have at that age. In fairness, I can see the greed in the little bits I see but my compassion for these wonderful people does bend my views without knowing anything more than what I hear of what they say. My advice is to ask questions. Seek and you will find your path knowing if it is meant to be but I hope an attorney reads this and for a blessing in heaven he reviews the facts and gives them a voice I admittedly and sadly admit I am not educated to represent. I shared a brief video of a Talent show l at the beginning of the year which was tons of fun, visiting the pool area which has a heated pool, nonheated pool as well as a hot tube, and leaving one night I captured a beautiful Florida sunset. The beauty in the sunset makes anyone jump to sign because the beauty is extraordinary. I went ahead and tossed you in another picture which is only 30 minutes away called Madeira Beach and a benefit of being a drive from that beauty.

Park (to me) feels like it’s undergoing many improvements but still has people that have been there a long time and don’t really want to improve their property. (My impression). Good list of amenities. Thought lot rent was high given it didn’t cover anything but the park amenities. Then you have the pass-through charges for water, taxes, etc. on top of lot rent (over $200) more a month.

The community is beautiful and always up to date because of the amazing maintenance team. Before I moved here I went to several different communities and the upkeep and prices were nothing compared to Fountainview Estates. The manager is always available. I Love it here and would invite anyone to live here. Young wouldnt rwgret it.
