We just moved in a couple weeks ago and we LOVE it here. It's a friendly, welcoming community. Very well landscaped lawns, peaceful and quiet and above all safe. We wish we moved here years ago. Close to shopping and a great hospital, if you can't find it here.. it doesn't exist. Trust me, if your looking for a quiet, safe, and friendly adult community to move to you won't find a better place than Fountainhead. We Love it!!!!

The Staff has always been open to suggestions and are right there when tragedy strikes. I wouldn't want to consider living any where else! God willing, this will be my forever home!

She absolutely loved her home and the Fountainhead community. She lived there for 12 years and if it wasn't for health issues that required her to move MD, she would still be there. She absolutely hated leaving! Nancy and Clem - who own and run the property - treat the residents of the community as extended family. Anytime my Mom needed something, they were there to offer assistance. And the neighbors were all wonderful people. They got to know each other while out on daily walks. We didn't sell my Mom's place right away. During this time, the Fountainhead Properties management checked in on her place frequently to make sure it was ok. When we finally decided to sell, Fountainhead Properties was of great assistance. They did a great job marketing the home and making the sale go smoothly. Fountainhead Properties is a well run community with lots of great neighbors!
