They need to make it possible to give 0 stars. Owner is not on site, you have to give super in depth info for application and he may or may not send you a acceptance or rejection. If you are rejected he will not give you a reason. I have spent what seems like forever going back and forth with his park manager about the place I applied for and my application. He took money from an elder senior couple and hasn't sent anything back but rented the trailer they were applying for. Will be contacting the bank for my $50 application fee per person back as I have not gotten what I was told I would get. Keeping screenshots of all communication as well. I think it's all a scam for this owner to make money from application fees. Managers are super nice though. They get the star not this park and not this owner.

So I filled out the application pd 50.00 for the application fee. Then was told that it was 450 not 350. I explained I only paid the application fee because I thought it was 350. I couldn't afford 450. And showed him where he had it listed as 350. And my conversation with the manager. And that I wanted my money off. This is a scam. And tomorrow it will be reported to the better business bureau. Know telling how many people they have done this too!! What horrible people.

May 09, 2018 · Brandi Dohmonly giving 1 star because it would not let me post with no stars.i have been a resident here at fountain rd. village for 5 years. for the most part it has been a wonderful place to raise our family until recently. The park was sold off to a company based out of CA and they are not very friendly people. it seems like they do not like to be questioned about any changes and want you to sign the contract without knowing what is in the contract. The new manager LiNdA snapped at me and started yelling when i asked what said contract said or if they will be hiring a new maintenance person. It honestly seems like they bought the place to clear it out. they will likely clear house and sell it to shuber.
