Fort Wayne MHC Reviews
I was there this past weekend with my family looking at a place. The park managers name was Ashley. And she was so helpful. My family has fallen into some hard times. And she was understanding and sympathetic towards my situation. So many of these places are just overcome with corporate bs. And its hard to find a good place that still sincerely cares about their residents. I cant wait to move in. Thank you Ashley for all your help and support in our new journey.
Jun 11, 2025 · David MendezI'm going to explain my experience with the new park manager ashley, I moved in back in 2022 running from a very bad situation. Ashley was not the one who was the park manager at the time, she was cleaning out old homes when I moved in but I watched her transition to park manager!. First of all, I think Ashley is a great person and I think that she is an amazing park manager. She's friendly, will try to work with you and will do anything she can to help you. She is a sucker for kids! There's not much she won't do for a child. Ashley herself made sure I got most of the help with the property that I had that I needed. The things that she couldn't push for me was on corporate!! Personally I'm not a fan of corporate but I adore Ashley!! If you ask my personal opinion the best decision corporate made was making her park manager because that Park was going nowhere fast without her!! I just recently moved into a new home because I didn't like how corporate ran things and I saw them to be very unfair and at times and shady!. Corporate will back out of an agreement if you do not have it on paper you cannot take a word they say and believe it, document all agreements with them! But Ashley always kept it real and has a very good heart and it's clear to see she loves that community, why wouldn't she she did grow up there!! 🥰 I have some faith in how the community over there will grow... Because of Ashley! She's good at what she does and she loves it!
Mar 03, 2025 · Miranda GCame in to view one of these homes. And Ashley the manager spent so much one on one time with me. She answered all my questions in detail. She truly made me feel comfortable with my choices. And I can’t wait for the next step in my life journey. Thank you so much Mhc and Ashley for helping me in my choices. It looked great. And I appreciate all you did for me. And the biggest thank you ever to Ashley for being so knowledgeable about the properties offered to us. I don’t know what I would do at this point in my life. Without the help I received here.
Apr 23, 2025 · Wynter HazelI lived there back in 2017 Ashley Thompson was not the park manager back then and it wasn’t very nice but I’ve long since moved and now and ever since Ashley has became park manager the place looks amazing and beautiful I’d move back if I could in the future.
May 19, 2025 · Tabitha RiskI've lived here over a year and noticing allot of major changes and improvements made to the neighborhood, I want to thank Mrs. Ashley Thompson for the Professionalism & for dealing with issues as Diligent as she can! I've noticed she's the only park manager that's out in the community. She picks up trash and talks to everyone. She's strict but nice at the same time.
