Forest Villas Reviews
Have lived here 4 years, my biggest issue is the farm next to the trailer park and the dogs that run lose. Other than that, we really haven't had any other problems. Management is nice and respectful, neighbors are friendly.Let me update my review after the recent heavy rains. I don't know who designed this place, but it doesn't flood! Even during Harvey, it didn't flood and we never lost power. The few times I have had to call maintenance they got here when they said they would and fixed whatever issue there was.The first manager was Ms. Hope. She was awesome! Now we have Ms. Yolonda and she's awesome too!!If you take care of your business and are respectful of others you will not have any issues here.We have been here 5 years now and I still love coming home to Trinity Forest!! Great place to live!!5 more years later and I still call this place home. Still love it here. Have some wonderful neighbors, people help others here. It's a great place to live.Been here since 2014. Still a great place to live. Quite, neighbors are fantastic. Forest Villas is the new name, new owners are awesome. Still love coming home!
Mar 21, 2025 · Rhonda FanninComing from Homestead, this tranquility is welcomed. We can finally have a garden and build/craft.
May 31, 2020 · Liz MinnisLived here for 2 1/2 years now. The park is a Mobile Home Park not an RV park. Background checks are done on all residents! Even on friends/family members that move in after you sign a lease! This is a working class neighborhood and management has made some awesome changes by weeding out people who don't want to work and that have created trouble, for residents, in the park. (Therefore, some people who have written bad reviews on this posting board have been evicted due to bad behavior or not paying rent). There is a neighborhood watch in the park so people who think they can get away with playing loud music, driving fast in the park, throwing trash in the streets or shooting off fireworks (prohibited by the State of Texas Fire Marshal), Just Know you will be reported to authorities or evicted.Residents that live here have children and everyone tries to create a safe place for children to play and families to live in peace. If you decide to move here, READ the Lease and know the rules. No drug dealers or drug addicts allowed. Everyone is watching because we want a safe and great neighborhood to live in.There is an option to purchase Mobile Homes here if you wish to, however a resident has to live in the park at least a year to do so and keep their residence grounds clean and mowed.
Dec 18, 2018 · G SimAfter living here for 1 year, the homes are in disrepair. The projects get started and do not get finished. When you ask for an update of the repairs the manager Yolanda acts like she never knew there was an issue. We have lots of pictures and most are a year old now with same results. Called her boss and still nothing is being done. Don't waist your time here. Nothing will get fixed properly.
May 05, 2018 · Chris WallerPlace is very petty and strict. New manager Yolonda has kicked out several white families and moved in mainly hispanic which isn't the issue...The issue is abuse of power. The owner is only an investor so can't even go over the managers head and dispute any issue. One cannot even file a complaint on her unless you want to give Yolonda the complaint directly...then you will be evicted so don't go against her. I hope this changes in the future. I lived there 12 years.
