Floral Village Mobile Home & RV park Reviews
We are here for a year due to medical reasons. I can't say anything bad about mgmt. Tammie, the manager, is awesome!! If we need to stay longer, we definitely would! We live in our Motorhome. This little park is or was a trailer park. Over the years, they have set up RV spots. We have enjoyed our time here. All the neighbors have been very kind & helpful.
May 24, 2023 · Muffett RipleyOffice personnel does not take complaints serious about their employees harassing and berating the elderly in this community. Unfortunately, we had to call the police on their maintenance worker who banged on my mothers door and harassed her. He approached her home drunk and belligerent. We are taking precautions to make sure it doesn’t happen again, but unfortunately he still is employed and and constantly is around her home causing emotional and mental anguish. She is in constant fear and office personnel ignores our concerns with a generic ‘We will talk with him.’ Response. He is still employed because he is dating the property manager Tammie. Just a warning to those who are considering moving here.
Aug 26, 2023 · Joandy SI have lived in this park for many a year. I never had any problems..sure you get the few that cause problems but that is everywhere. There are new managers here and they seem to want to help us and look out for us.The pool seems nice although i do not go. it seems as though they are trying to better the park and what i seen so far it seems they are doing a pretty good job so far. It is close to major highways and stores. I cant wait to see what is in store. As long as you follow rules and pay your rent its a great place. thank you for reading.
Mar 17, 2018 · A MI moved in with my rv a few days ago. It was my first time setting up. The manager.. I think his name was John. Helped me from beginning to end. Even giving me a few items I did not have. He also explained how the stuff worked. I am grateful for that!! The next day I gave him a well deserved tip for all his hard work and doing it in the rain. It is so quiet and peaceful here. Price is good too compared to some I looked at. Seems like they are doing major improvements here in the park too. They must care about there tenants.
Aug 22, 2019 · Lee LeeThe only thing I really like is everything I need is close by, convenient, but I can not and will not let someone tell me who I can and cannot come and see me at my home so there for I am forced to move.but wait, did anyone see the rules and regulations or and forgot to tell about water plant next to the park, which smells so bad, I got rid of my grill soon after I moved here, seriously, and they do discriminate if you're a felon. People make mistakes, I'm not one, but I can't have someone who has made a mistake visit with me. Is This American.
