Five Seasons Reviews
It's a typical trailer park. The way the trailers are placed is really messed up. It's as though they just threw a handful of trailers on the ground and left them where they fell. The manager is nice and helpful.
Jun 18, 2025 · Jeremiah GroovyLived here for a year and a half and now my bd does and because I moved out I'm now banned from the property when I haven't done anything all because Tabitha don't like me. They have threatened to evict my child father 3 times just because I came out there to stay the night with my kids. U can't even have toys out in the yard without getting yelled at or let ure lawn get more than an inch long and there complaining about that there charging almost 600.00 in lot rent which is darn right ridiculous I understand yall pay for the garbage and the internet but that ridiculous also was still getting my mail at my bd house to cuz I don't trust my house and the landlord told the mailman not to deliver my mail there
Jun 04, 2025 · Brittany KisnerNew owners took over. They've raised a lot rent since I've moved in from $220 to now $509. People that are just moving in Pay over 600. Remember to you're just paying to sit on the land you have to take care of it too or they will fine you. Those finds aren't cheap either. They can charge you eighty dollar fine if you Don't mow your yard Every 2 weeks.Bad Roads been like that for at least 7 years. Buying and trailer is a bad investment. Because when you buy a trailer, it only loses value It cannot gain value like a house And they don't last a lifetime. If you cannot afford to pay lot rent. Then they can kick you out. You have a certain amount of time to move your trailer. If you cannot move it then it becomes theirs. They require you to remove your hitch and they will cut it off if you don't. I am unsure if you can weld on another. At this point a lot of people I know Have abandoned their trailers Not sold. Because either they can't afford rent and as I said they don't last forever there just falling apart. Spend your money on a house not a trailer. Hope this will help you.
Apr 11, 2024 · David SullivanMe and my family lived here Since I was about 9, I'm now 15 almost 16. Our trailer caught on fire due to an electrical issue about 2 months ago, a broken outlet sparked and caught the insulation on fire. The trailer was already in terrible condition, it had holes in the floors, leaks, which is expected from a older trailer but we were told they were going to be fixed. (They didn't.) My father suffered burns from the fire, me, me, my mother and brother all suffered respitory issues, and I lost my best friend, my cat spirit, due to the fire. If you're going to live here or plan on too, please check the trailer throughly. Consider buying a new trailer even if it's more expensive.
Apr 06, 2024 · Silly ClayI wish I could go back in time and tell myself not to buy a home from Tabitha, she lies. She acts like your friend tells you all the things will be done before you finish buying the home from her. Then she does none of the things she promised. She doesn't help you in finding someone to help fix stuff.
